Devised a new Brand Strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Director to focus the brand on dominating it’s position as the #1 Technical Sailing Brand.
As part of the strategy we consolidated and focused the design language to involve the brand’s other performance categories of Equestrian and Shooting in order to be viewed as one brand.
Revised and rationalised the Lifestyle offer to help grow the business and open new distribution through the creation of two new targeted lines.
BLACK Yacht aimed at a NEW younger and more directional consumer, and
BLUE Yacht designed and manufactured in Italy to satisfy a mediteranean consumer.
